By entering our building you are agreeing with these policies.

Booking/no-show policies: Please be mindful of your stylists booking and no-show policies listed on their artist pages. If their policies are not clearly listed, please ask for their policies before booking a reservation.

Children are welcome in the salon by appointment only. Although a majority of children are incredibly well-behaved, our mission is to provide a safe and relaxing experience for our guests and artists. We are working on reducing the amount of people on the salon especially on the salon floor. Children are welcome in the salon only if they have a reservation. Management will give verbal reminders in-person if this policy is violated.

Please do not bring anyone to your reservation. Management will give verbal reminders in-person if this policy is violated. The only additional guests allowed on the salon floor are parents accompanying a minor or guest with additional needs who has an appointment.
